Introductory:
For those who are just beginning their yoga journey or for those who
want to review the basics.
Beginners / Continuing Beginners:
For those who have completed and equivalent of the introductory course
and understand the basics of Iyengar yoga. Refinement of the
standing poses and shoulder stand, plus introduction to head balance.
Intermediate / Advanced: (Invitation only)
This class is for those comfortable with inversions and
backbends. Variations in the inversions will be introduced, plus
more intensive exploration of seated poses and backbends.
