You will also need to contact the Sotavento Hotel for your room reservation.  For reservations, a description of the rooms, and prices contact the Sotavento at their website, www.beachresortsotavento.com.  Continental Air has flights through Houston.  The Sotavento has a taxi service that will meet you for the short drive to the hotel if you inform them of your arrival plans.  Remember that you now need a passport to travel to Mexico.

Here are a couple of statements from students that attended the retreat in 2008.

"The week was the perfect blend of yoga, sun, beach, ocean waves, cool evening breezes, panoramic views and great fellowship, not to mention fabulous food and drinks.  Practicing twice a day with Jan was challenging but offered me the best opportunity to really learn more from Jan.  The staff at the Hotel Sotavento was great and always very helpful.  Don't stay on the top floor unless your really want to work your legs!  One of the best vacations I've ever had." - Bebe Evans

"Yoga, sand, sun and surf.  What more can you ask for?  Not much, in my opinion.  Jan, thanks for such an enjoyable week." - Teri Rice
